I personally really enjoyed this album, This project exceeded my expectations on what i thought Kanye was going to do with his next studio album.

At first I thought it could be another letdown with releases like YAHNDI but after each listening party, I started to become more hopeful that Kanye would drop it sooner than later. He dropped it on a Sunday morning with no announcement, leaving listeners excited and confused when it was released in the morning.

In my personal opinion, I would give this album 9/10. Most of all the songs are great except for the exception of a couple. I didn’t really like the distorted Pop Smoke song because it’s something we’ve already heard before with the release of Pop Smoke’s album “Faith”
felt like there could have been a better song to replace this one felt more like a tribute for the Late Pop Smoke

My top 10 favorite songs off this album would be (not in order)

  • Believe what I Say
  • 24
  • Remote control
  • Lord, I need you
  • Keep my spirit alive
  • Pure souls
  • Come to life
  • Off the grid
  • Jail pt 2
  • Ok Ok

Although “Moon” is not on my list its very close on my top 10., I liked the live performance of the song more than the digital version by itself. Kid Cudi and Don Toliver both did a great job on the song.
