Squawk Talk: The first Homecoming Queen Boy answers our questions
On September 22, the Akins High School community was shocked when senior Michael Angeles became the first boy voted as the school’s Homecoming Queen. The vote and his crowning at the annual school celebration left students, Akins staff and community members with many unresolved questions about his candidacy and motives for running. The Eagle’s Eye sat down for an interview with Angeles in our Squawk Talk podcast to clear up any controversy and rumors that have spread since his crowning.
