Akins video game design students release ‘Tardy Sweep’ video game
Students in Akins video game design program created a browser-based video game inspired by the school’s well-known “Tardy Sweeps.”
In the game, your student character has to hurry to make it to class before being caught by a robotic administrator who is following them close behind. Watch out for the crowds of students and various obstacles like trash littered in the hallways and on the school grounds.
Can you make it to class in time before getting busted in the Tardy Sweep?
Play Tardy Sweep by designers Rhiannon Ferguson and Shay Darroux-Edwards as well as coders Santiago Gomez-Macedo, Jeb Smith-De Los Santos and Brianna Zapata-Rivera.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Akins High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
