Disney+ provides streaming of childhood favorite movies

Diego Rivas, Staff Writer

A streaming service filled with all of your favorite childhood Disney shows. It sounds like a time full of nostalgia but that’s what many teenagers and young adults have been asking for.

With the recent launch of Disney+ many fans couldn’t wait to try this brand new streaming service and enjoy their favorite movies and TV shows they have been missing. Such as shows that are not airing on TV anymore like Tat’s So Raven, Kim Possible and Lizzy McGuire.

On the other hand, the younger audience was expecting more recent things airing like Descendants 3 or Just Roll they’re not part of the current catalog of Disney+, but there is a ton of content that these younger audiences may find amusing.

I’ve been using the app for a couple of days now and it is definitely worth paying for. Disney+ is a better platform to use because of the price, it is really affordable for people that don’t want to spend $15+ every month. It does come with a 6 day trial with the option of canceling after the trial period expires. In terms of usage, Disney+ has a very simple interface that can easily be used. There are different categories sectioned in different brand pages which include Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic.

Disney+ is full of only Disney content and Disney is going to add more content on the app, for example, they have added a series called “High School Musical, Te Musical” which released early November.

Disney+ completely succeeded with making a great streaming service, with almost 3.2 million downloads on its launch day Disney+ is going to be close to surpassing Netflix which is already a really big service for people all over the world. If Disney keeps adding shows or movies it will not take long for it become the #1 streaming service.

Overall Disney+ is a really good service in the market right now for it being brand new. So if you’re trying to get out of the ordinary and try something new besides watching Netflix TV shows and movies. Disney+ is definitely a service you should check out. Go! End the decade by going back to your childhood for a second while watching your old favorite TV shows and movies.
