Throwback Gaming: Banjo Kazooie

Gregory Roque, Staff Writer

There are new games out and people are playing and talking about but there are games that are worth playing again since the 90s and they are still popular today and it’s been 20 years without it so here’s one of them.

Banjo-Kazooie is a platform video game originally released in 1998 for the Nintendo 64. This game is single-player where the player controls the protagonist Banjo/Kazooie from a third-person perspective. I enjoy playing this game due to fighting villains, collecting musical notes, and finding “Jiggies.” The game reminds me of Super Mario Odyssey because the gameplay is similar to a free-roam game and you can find hidden items.
