A final chance for school portraits

Matthew Lopez, Online Editor

On Wednesday, November 6, 2013, the last chance for students to retake school photos will be taking place. Photos will be held in the Gym Foyer and if students haven’t had photos taken yet or were not happy with their photos, they can do the following below.

GRADES 9-11 RETAKES: Students in grades 9-11 can still sign-up for their portraits at RM 221 by 5 p.m. today (Monday). Students wishing to purchase a photo print package should pick up an order form at RM 221 and submit it with payment to a photographer at the time of their photo. This is the last chance for students in grades 9-11 to have their yearbook photo taken if they were absent during photo week in September. Students who purchased a photo package and want retakes should present their original photo package to the photographer at the time of the retake to avoid duplicate charges. ID badges will not be reprinted at this session. To receive an ID badge students must sign up at RM 223.

SENIOR PORTRAIT RETAKES: This is our seniors’ last chance to have their portraits taken! If they don’t have a Senior Portrait they will not appear in the yearbook and they won’t have a keepsake from their Senior year to hang on their wall. Seniors should have already signed up for an appointment to have their photo taken if they need a retake. Seniors who were absent or never signed up to have their Senior Portrait taken may still see Ms. Fleming in RM 221 TODAY to schedule an appointment. Seniors should have received a pass to attend this portrait session. If they do not have a pass, send them to RM 221 to pick one up. (Seniors who want retakes should present their originals to the photographer at the time of the retake to avoid duplicate charges.)
