One of the lesser known but just as fun things to do during SXSW is the Gaming Expo.

It features a Tournament Stage, Indie Corner, Tabletop Experience, PC Arena, Arcade Bunker and more.

The Gaming Expo Hours & Location

Friday, March 15 – Saturday March 16 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, March 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Austin Convention Center 1st Floor, Exhibit Halls 1, 2, and 3

SXSW Gaming 2019 takes place in the Austin Convention Center from Friday, March 15 – Sunday, March 17.

Attendance requires a SXSW badge or wristband registration at a cost of $25 a day or $49 for all three days. Kids 12 and under get in free if accompanied by an adult with a badge or wristband.
